Arnolds Helmanis signs a one year contract with Liepaja

Latvian forward Arnolds Helmanis has signed a one year contract with BK Liepaja and will play in PAF League, Latvia's and Estonia's combined league.

Last season Helmanis played for Rapla in Estonia.
